Do you have one of those pumpkin heads equipped that were given on out halloween? If so that is your issue. They generate weird noises randomly.

Yeah. Took me a bit to realize that too. Even if you walk by someone wearing one too. Voices and sounds. If alone in your house and not knowing about gives a quick little panic
