I feel your pain. Years ago, I had the exact same thing happen with my ST50 when I was playing Dragon Age:Origins. I had the health wheel burned into the top left of my plasma screen for months...but it eventually went away. Thats not to say your problem may not be permanent but there is hope with normal TV watching you can reverse the damage.
I love my plasma tv; the display is superior in every way to lcd tech...the colors and contrast are insane. If you can let the pixels settle down over the course of time you shouldnt have any more problems...I have heard of plasma owners having problem with Destiny but so far I am having no issues.
