Titan's Helm of Inmost Light provides Death From Above and Headstrong for Fist of Havoc allowing me to stack shockwave or aftermath. Assuming you aren't good enough to snipe or rocket me out of the sky or see it coming in time to jump out of the way. And if the initial hit doesn't get you? The Shockwave or Aftermath just might finish the job. Every class has good exotics. If you use them right. They aren't meant to make up for "weaknesses." They're meant to enhance strengths or just provide a small edge.
