Hit by a car going 40 mph while waiting to cross the street, and landing in a ditch. Funny part of the story is that I had forgotten to put my belt on before going out, so my pants flew off.

He wound up paying for my hospital bills. And a few other things, but that's all the state of Colorado would let him cover. I can still walk though
