Hi and greetings!
So I sat here since launch carefully looking at flaws, or simply things missing out of the game. One major thing I did notice is the fact the game handles a lot like Phantasy Star Online. Many people seen flaws in that game as well, but somehow still had those doses of fun mixed in the cluster of complaints. So here is my check list as I will try not to bore you with a massive paragraph essay with ramble of how the game ruins my life, the cat in the alley way down the roads life, the dog who is perhaps sitting next to you licking its... nevermind.
- Barber Shops: Its simply, I hear every day people mention how they would like to switch around their hair style or eyes, etc. So I see plenty of space in the Tower, add a grooming shop. That with a small fee of 500 glimmer, or a single strange coin, whatever can make changes to your haircuts, eyes, face, or if anything your gender or race.
- Two different play lists for content: This applies to splitting up the Expansion content from the core game. This mainly applies to Weekly's, and nightfall.
- Matchmaking, match making make me a match, catch me a catch:

Sorry, on to the actual Matchmaking bit to this. Matchmaking for Raids, Nightfalls, and Weekly's. Yes, there are forums for that, but honestly, the hell with that if you want to just want to log into the game, and do a public match up. Yes if you want structure its much better to find folks to do said content, but if you want it down then and now. Why not a in game match up system? Adds more options, and helps out those who simply want to up keep with practice with said content.
- Horde mode: *flips mic to the side, drops it on the stage, and walks off*. Yes, most of the things you are horded to death on, but what if you are offered a part of a map, with defenses, and a core to actually defend. You know actually Need to defend, not hear it say "cover me". When in actuality, not a single Horde, Vex, Fallen, and Cabal even give a crap about the little rubrics cube. Think Gears of War style, or even Vegas 2. Those were really fun, and can pass the time Vs doing the same old grind via Bounties.
- Randomly generated dungeon running(with match making): Ok, so most people run strikes to do their bounties, fill up on Vanguard points, and even to find some good gear along the way in hopes of Legendary, or Exotics drop. Why not give us a randomized location to explore, and solve some puzzles, do a jumping puzzle, or hell generate some user created locations to solve. Include some rating systems for quality, even save the thing to a favorite list and be able to go back to it later on.
So basically that is my suggestion bucket list. If you enjoy even one of these, be sure to bump the post and allow Bungie to (hopefully) notice it. I made these suggestions because lets be honest, a few of those are crowd favorites, and keep things fresh via game play. The other side is to basically allow people to progress, or attempt too.

You do make a good point, I have part my Exo character that I have wanted to change the color for a while now. I thought that it would look good but after a week I decided that I should have done it differently. Unfortunately (I would assume that this is true of a lot of people) the character they want to change something on has already progressed to higher levels and they don't want to lose their progress. Perhaps a one-time item that could open a character's creation menu would be the best solution. To address your mention of the play lists, I've heard from friends that purchased the core version of the game and were upset that they couldn't do their daily or weekly heroic missions when the Dark Below DLC came out. Perhaps giving some form of notice might have helped but Bungie would have had to create and support two separate play lists. Possible but not probable. Matchmaking has been something that I have wanted for a while. I have three friends that have an Xbox One and have a hard time sitting down to coordinate times for Raid's. An in game matchmaking service would be appreciated. Horde mode is an interesting idea that sounds like it would be a fun addition. I can see that this would be possible considering that the Omingul Strike mission is very similar to what you're proposing. Maybe even have a mission similar to Escalation in Patrol missions except the enemies are targeting you primarily. Good ideas, and I believe that they would make the game better.

All these suggestions are too good and provide a great deal of fun...which is the problem. Bungie is anti-fun.
