I know it must be frustrating, but he should just level up. There needs to be higher level content to keep the progression of the game. He'll get there, slowly but surely.

He can't play what he paid for. He wants a full refund. Considering that I will not be able to play with him, I want a refund as well. So that means they lose $70 because we got the season pass.

He can play it, if he levels up. You probably won't get a refund for this. It is not as if the game is broken or anything. Why can't you play it?

He needs to level up and get the new vanguard gear like everyone else to be able to do it . It's just part of the game . Not a refundable issue
