Lord of Admirals' 2014 Halo Lore Q&A

Most of you might not remember, but last summer, I did a big Q&A of Halo lore. So, I thought I'd make this an annual occurrence around E3. Basically, if you want to test my knowledge of Halo lore or want something in Halo's story explained, ask it here! Feel free to PM me questions when this thread dies down too! Will any Spartan programme be as successful as the Spartan 2's? I remembered Halsey or Mendez saying that no Spartan will ever be like the Spartan 2's. Kinda makes me wonder, for the Spartan programmes that normal marines volunteer for, these marines had human lives prior to being a Spartan. So are they more susceptible to feeling fear than the Spartan 2's?, will the drive to complete a mission be the same as the Spartan 2's?. Chief Mendez said for the Spartan 2's "the tougher the challenge, the harder the fight... The better their morale becomes". That being said, I can't wait to see Spartan Locke go toe to toe with master chief. I'm curious to see how newer Spartans deal with Spartan 2's.
