Given no time constraints I am certainly a completionist, I would like to take the time and go through every battle killing enemies - because I actually enjoy the combat part of the game.
HOWEVER
If I have time restrictions than I am a complete runner only stopping where I have to - BUT I will still wait for teammates before advancing, I want it done quick but I don't go ahea without the fire team.

This is what I don't understand. Why run ahead and just wait if your fire team? If they are killing all the enemies it would be faster if you killed enemies with them.

Because I have a limited time to play, I try to complete as many bounties as possible in the shortest ammount of time. I don't run ahead of my team I try and keep up the pace, if I have time or no bounties. Then yes, I'm usually the last person left killing people catching up to my teammates.
