Accidental Purchase - Void Drive
So in a tired attempt to purchase a bunch of heavy ammo synthesis from Xur a few weeks back I accidentally purchased a couple void drives. With no need for them, the accidental purchases ate up a a lot of my strange coins which is frustrating enough, but I cannot even delete the void drive from my inventory, so now they are taking up two precious slots that could be used to carry 40 more heavy ammo synths.
I understand that you cannot refund me my coins (although that would be awesome since you have made it impossible for me to discard my unwanted purchases myself), but something needs to be done in regards to getting me back my inventory slots.

Sorry to resurrect this post but I thought it could be usefull and I could not find a solution to this elsewhere. I was stuck with the same problem. Bought a Void Drive from Xur and could not destroy or store it from my inventory by any means within the game. I had to use the Destiny application on my phone to transfer the item into the vault. After doing this, in game, the button prompt ("X" Store) appeared and I was now able to store and take back the drive from the vault at will.

2 RepliesIt is a known issue that you cannot discard drives purchased from Xur. The team is aware of the issue and is investigating.

2 RepliesIn order to clear the space, since you can't discard them your going to have to buy 2 rare crucible or vanguard sparrows, put the drive on them, and then discard them.
