• Good one. Tell that to the countless people who pre-ordered it on trust in marketing promises. When a company makes promises, they should keep them. People like you who defend cheats and liars with logic like "why did you trust this person who never lied to you before?" are hilarious in the not funny kind of way. Destiny is full of delay tactics that were set up to create this illusion of quality and Bungie set up an equally effective illusion to convince some of us that they wanted to correct the mistakes they made. Here we are three months later, and this game still sucks giant ape testicles. Keep white knighting away there Mr. Cawk. (Appropriate user name you have there.)

 • I'm quite disappointed that I pre-ordered it as well because the pre-order incentives turned out to be garbage. I was told I would have access to this special "Vanguard Armory", meanwhile, all it turned out to be was a way for me to get less than mediocre weapons for the beginning portion of the game. Then we get a red sparrow which is just as good as any other sparrow in the start of the game.

 • I preordered based on my experience in the beta... Ok that's not quite true, I preordered because the sales rep did a good job and I was panning I cancelling it the following month because I had no interest in he game but his monthly stats deserved the sale. I saw I got access to the beta and figured I'd give it a go. I fell in love. So based on my experience in the beta (all of the cosmodrome for those that didn't play in it) I went and payed off my preorder and have enjoyed it since release.

 • And that's why pre-ordering is foolish. Never pay for something up-front, sight unseen, and never trust the promises of someone whose only interest is taking your money.

 • I didn't pre-order. Obviously I should always wait a month after a game is released to purchase it though, early enrollment perks be damned. What a shitty state for the industry to be in.

 • Agreed. Not happy with the current state of the industry at all.

 • It's not blind if he was basing his trust off of fact. The fact is, Bungie revolutionized gaming with Halo. He had good reason to trust Bungie would deliver. It's not his fault they became money-hungry. The fact is, Bungie hasn't revolutionized anything with Destiny, other than a template for how to rip gamers off.

 • Complete bull, that is blind trust. .destiny is not halo, just because one thing that bungie did was good does not mean a completely different experience and type of game will be good. ...blind trust

 • You have a severe misunderstanding of what blind trust is. Keep posting though, you make people laugh when when you talk.

 • You are literally too stupid and too incoherent to insult. Oh, don't worry about me, I'm far from salty. In fact, I'm so far from salty that I don't feel the need to resort to childish insults and banter on an internet forum in order in inflate me ego. Besides, the saying goes "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Bungivision did fool me this time, but the shame will stay with them from my perspective because I won't give them the chance to do so again. It's something called learning from life experiences. You'll learn about that when you leave the house and mommy and daddy stop buying your video games for you. You might even learn to tell when a corporations like Bungie and Activision are taking advantage of you, and attempt to make you their bitch. It sounds like its working so far. Oh shoot , that reminds me you better go! I read on another thread that Deej is hungry and wants the thing you two do when you go in the closet together and don't come out for a while.

 • Oh you misunderstand just as equally as you misquoted. Allow me to spell it out for you, I wasn't aware that you were THIS slow. You only quoted half the sentence. Here's the whole thing: "I don't feel the need to resort to childish insults and banter on an internet forum in order in inflate me ego." Other than the typo where I replaced "my" with "me" I stick by that statement wholeheartedly. I do not insult people in order to make myself feel better, I insult them because they deserve to be insulted. Your choice of diction, and your general lack of even basic syntax, literary technique, and complete lack of maturity make you a very easy target. I insulted you? Well a job well done then! Seriously though, if that offended you, you may to go ahead and get a head start on growing some thicker skin. You're gonna need it when mom and dad finally decide you're too old enough to be living in their basement with your boyfriend. Nice last-ditch effort to save face, but no one is buying that you are anything less that an idiot who likes to fight losing battles on internet forums. And just FYI, it's easy to tell when someone stops feeling confident and wants to run away from the convo because they usually issue some half-ass insult before they leave. Everyone seems easy to fool over the internet. You don't who are they are, where they've been, or who they are. Sometimes, thought you can predict some of the things they do or don't do in real life. For example, I know for a fact that you don't lift.

 • Now that is the funniest thing I've read on this board today- you thinking that you can under people's skin in a forum and that you think my posts are long. At least you have the common sense to talk your petty shit online, because in the real world people like me would have already kicked your ass and be 8 blocks down the street by now.
