Nothing I enjoy more than loading up a strike, getting about half way through then noticing a teammate hasn't left the starting zone. Im sure this is a topic brought up many times, but I figured I'd ask how some of you deal with this.
I usually just push through it because it would be more of a waste to leave and queue for a new strike. I usually report them which makes me feel better though I know it doesn't actually do anything.
I understand if you afk for a few minutes, but to not even move past the start point and be permitted the same chance at drops as someone who was there start to finish is absurd to me. Not entirely related, but I feel performance should be a factor, in a limited capacity, to determine loot received.

Yes. Agreed.

performance as a factor to a limited extend is definitely a good idea. it makes the whole experience more rewarding. and it's only fair.

If they don't move within a min or two, I quit

I was in a strike last night with someone who was afk, I used the warlock push to push him by some enemies and get him killed i then revived him and got him killed again, did that for about 20 minutes, then I left and joined another strike and it put me back in the same one with him so I pushed him around for 2 more minutes and he finally came back and started playing the strike, I then went afk while he did the strike by himself. Don't go afk if your with me in a strike I have absolutely nothing better to do anyways.

I'll kill a few enemy's and then wait a couple minutes. If they don't move, I leave. If they afk mid strike, I kinda let that slide since I've had to do it a couple times for my kids waking up or something.

I leave -blam!- em

That's like getting top score in the crucible and the lowest guy gets something and you don't lol
