Get ready for hate PMs coming your way.
All I get is how PvP is the only thing that will keep Destiny alive. To hell with any other way you play.
My thought would be PvP, PvE and everything in between would be the best bet.
The Great Swami told me farming is just the first major thing Bungie will remove from Day 1 to attract more players. Unless there is less dry erase marker sniffing and more "adding" alternative ways for players to enjoy and obtain items is a much better option.
You don't need a fuzzy hat and empty envelopes to know that. PvP, PvE and farming can all thrive in Destiny. No need to force anyone to do anything to be able to obtain average legendary stuff.
Only the top tier items should need specific requirements to obtain them.
If not, I guess we could all wait until March to "own" VoG hard runs with all green weapons and gear.

Pvp isn't keeping Destiny alive? Most players hate the crucible. If it weren't for certain requirements like exotic bounties, I don't even think people would bother. The VoG is what was keeping Destiny relevant, and now Crota's End will take the place.

Would be nice if Bungie would release some details on what people play more of, PvP or PvE.
