It's not random. Not even close. I am gathering data to prove it without a doubt. It's very wrong and very misleading to call it random. It is also so obvious after looking through the lines of data that probability changes with level, current inventory, rank and drop history. It is also based on sign in account and not per character. Loot cave exploit has a 1 or 0 in the formula after sign on name which indicates that it affects everything you do on every character.....
