Yeah, they have my money as well as everyone else's money that has the season pass. They could also have a class action lawsuit from everyone who has the season pass for false advertising. They could also probably be sued by Activision for breach of contract. They also don't have a bias towards the Playstation (they already got their money from Sony... I doubt they're going to give them more than their contract requires). The people to make this decision would be a group of businessmen or women on the board of directors who certainly care about money over "the right thing to do", at least in a situation like this...and I feel like there's at least a dozen other reasons why this is just kind of dumb... but that's just me
