And what happens when there are two AFK in a 3 person strike team? Vote would be pointless.
If you don't like people going afk during strikes and getting rewards then just leave that strike when they don't follow you in the first minute. That's all I do.

Well than you're the minority and should just leave and start again. That's why I said vote because you don't know, maybe the other 2 are in a fireteam and one is carrying the other. 2 AFKs are rare (for me at least, usually the other active player is looking back just like I am) I just don't see any other fair way to deal with random AFKs
