I don't usually run with catapult, as I prefer Increased Control. That being said, I'm sure that I could enable catapult, put on full agility gear, and run like mad. However, this changes my play style. I don't think it's unreasonable for a group to run "as a group" to get to a common goal. If someone is behind me, I usually go back and check on them to make sure that they aren't stuck by mobs and such. Even with the strike grind, the overall 2-3 minutes that this might take really don't amount to much in the long run and (IMO), makes things easier.

  • I not arguing any of that. You said the titan was too slow when in actual fact its the fastest class with effective use. I'm not suggesting you change your play style, I was simply pointing out the titan is not slow

  • The way that I believe most people have their Titan's configured is such that they are slower than the other classes. I also typically play as a Defender, in a support role, so I'm trying to keep people alive by throwing up bubbles when needed and sniping heavier enemies from afar, which enables the speeder to move that much further ahead and I get left behind at times. I get that Titans can be configured to keep up with the pack, but I don't think it's typical.

  • It is typical in PvP. But probably not in pve.

  • It's quite possible that it's more common in PvP. I don't PvP much and it certainly isn't my forte! :)

  • Its only catapult that makes em faster, not any configuration of skills to increase the agility stat. Even with agility set to its lowest and armour to highest, with catapult I can traverse in a straight line faster than the other two classes.
