They could implement a vote a kick however, to prevent abuse they could neutralize that spot for the rest of the strike. Most of these strikes are level 24 max and can be easily handled by 2 players or even 1. If you vote kick a player, that strike either can't be entered by someone else to prevent abuse or they can just stop a reward for that spot (that would suck for a person that enters though). I'm sure people would be a douche and kick someone just to troll though so this system would likely be abused as well.
