A guy in mine kept dancing and waving and you could see he had no intention of helping, me and the other guy in party reported him for inactivity and being unhelpful, he still wasn't gone when we got to the end and he got the best rewards. I don't think them options work, I may be wrong tho.

If enough people report them eventually something will happen, it has to be that way because otherwise people could just run around and ban whoever they want.
