Alright this is how I set up all my clans for the start I promoted loyal members to squad leaders and then set the guys that played in the same time frame with a squad that fit them best so everyone had members to play with and then let the squad leaders build up there troops but at the same time the squad leader is reporting to the main branch and (founders and such ) it takes a Lil work but is really affective after everyone gets the system down
