It would have been nice to have a choice.
If you had excess materials you could trade them for the marks you wanted.
If you had surplus marks, you could trade them for the materials you needed.
The difference in the exchange rate would have prevented it from being exploited.

Not saying your wrong. I agree the option should be there. Just saying they might have removed it temporarily to work out a better rate.

I understand, I just wanted to clarify my point. However, if they are working on a better exchange I personally think they should have left the old one in till the one they're working on was ready. That way they could have avoided the flood of complaints that followed its removal.
