Havnt even tried would like to do normal raid so I've done it lvl 29 hunter on XB1 but I doubt anyone would take me as I don't kno what I'm doing

Plenty of people would take you into normal raid without experience. My group usually has two randoms who are lvl 29 who haven't done it.

People who haven't raided aren't dead weight, we are people who don't have the time to do it. If my group was on xbone we'd take you in immediately.
