Getting a decent group of players to play with regularly makes a huge difference. Pug groups are tough because you never know what to expect from other people. With my clan everyone knows their role and just goes to work. I can't wait til we can tackle crotas end.

It's just hard to find a group of 6 who are dedicated to running the raid at a set time multiple times a week

I hear you. We have like 10 players, and everyone knows if they aren't online on Tuesday night they are going to have to find randoms. You don't even need to have amazing players. My clan has like 6 top notch players who do all the hard things. Relic use, gatekeepers, etc. everyone else has roles to fill and they know what to do. What system are you on?
