You do realize that in doing this, they would HAVE to Nerf the amount of materials you get for marks. Why? Look at what you get, 20 mats for 10 marks. What was the old system? 50 mats for 5 marks. 30 marks gets you 60 mats, 50 mats would get you back 5 marks, 60 marks gets you 120 mats, 100 mats gives you 10 mark's, and so on and so fourth. Technically, if you farmed a bit, you wouldn't ever have to play vanguard or PvP for marks. Lol. So when you look at it like that there only option would be to Nerf the amount of mats you get out of 10 marks. I'm not for this what so ever, please for the love of God delete this post and never mention it again. I am more than happy with never having to farm again. Also, if they had both, it would be far to easy to get gear... Farm a bit, buy some mats, trade in mats for marks, max out PvP and Vanguard, BAM, 2 pieces of legendary gear without doing anything basically. Think about the consequences before you go and ask for something. Because, now that this is out there, you have -blam!-ed us all over and frankly I'm offended.

  • Well thank you for sharing. I'll take you concerns under advisement. 10:1 materials for marks + 1:2 marks for materials = 5:1 Mark for Mark Since each mark you gain adds to your 100 weekly cap, yet the ones you spend do not subtract from it, you would have to max 1 type of mark for just 20 of the other, which would leave you unable to gain anymore of that 1st type for the week. Thats a pretty steep cost. Besides everything you do in this game involves "running around" and if your shooting things or harvesting materials, your doing "something" Concider the reality of the systems in place before blathering inaccurate information.
