I'm actually glad for you because i have a ton of legendary and exotic weapons/armors across three characters so yes i need hundreds of them. Because taking part in Crucible and earning reps is more logical than running in circles for hours and then turn in for marks.

Sorry, Destiny's tagline is become legend, not a herbalist or miner or whatever. You think i enjoy the crucible? Check my stats, i rarely play it now, i only play it to get the gears i want so yes, work for your -blam!-ing shit. You pve whiners just want to be greedy and i applaud Bungie's move.
