I agree, I did three Raids today. 2 Hard 1 Normal. The 2 Hard Raid Templar encounters were just not fun. The Normal Templar encounter was a lot of fun. There's such a huge gap between the lvl's of the two fight that it really is painful. Any easy fix is to just remove the containment shields.
