Oh, I don't need crucible marks. I'm not even that bothered by the changes they made (the person with those issues is the guy you responded to in your first statement). I already have crucible to rank 3, which was all that mattered to me. I was just replying to your simplistic response about farming being boring. Such a term is subjective. For some people PVP is just as, or more, boring. I always multi-task when farming an area. I'm working on bounties, and farm in areas where public events drop often, so I can have a variety of things to do and earn vanguard marks/ascendant materials at the same time. Its fun, laid back, and I enjoy it. PVP is nothing but frustration and aggravation to me. Even when I have good games, they are less entertaining to me than when I'm having a rough time soloing nightfall or running HM raid. I think its awesome you enjoy PVP and that many others do to. I appreciate the effort that Bungie put into both PVE and PVP, so many types of people can enjoy it. I don't agree with all the rage issues of the OP, I just disagreed with your 'farming is boring' statement ;)

For Titans, the only sets of armor that have both intellect and discipline are only able to be gotten with crucible marks. This forces people into playing PvP, which there are plenty that absolutely despise it (me include, its the worst multiplayer experience ive ever had. Ide rather play a release copy of bf4, no patches, which was horrendous). And there was literally no negative to allowing the exchange. Also, fun is subjective. There is no fun to be had in Destiny's PvP for me. I would infinitely rather run around ina circle, barely paying attention while watching videos, than force myself into PvP and make my day worse off because of it.

I'm happy they included buying materials because is rather shoot enemies and bosses than run in circles
