How about we add that as an expansion. Get me a little plot of land out in the cosmodrome. Convert my sparrow into a plow. Set up a little spin metal farm, tend to my crops and fend of marauding fallen trying to steal my horses. Travel to the tower on the weekends to sell my goods at the farmers market.

That would kind of be fun actually. I always thought that having our own rooms in the tower accessed through an elevator, would be sick. Your idea sounds exactly what the OP wants destiny to be.
