Roughly 1/5th of a titans hp in crucible (when maxed 1/4th-1/3rd) 4 Shot magazine, with a cooldown time denoted by steam pouring out from the vent on the side of the launcher. approx. .5 seconds First perk: Return To Sender (Kills return magazine ammo) Exotic Perk: Hype Train (Kills grant reserve ammo, and Flak explosions, akin to gjallarhorn without the homing fragments.) Upgrade Set: Increased Velocity Increased mag size Increased Reload Speed May or may not also be a nod to the tf2 community
