1st perk: increase reload speed
2nd perk(3)(unique ability): change element. Arc, void, burn can be chosen as the weapon's element but each element has an added ability:
-Arc: 20% chance of greatly increasing Rof for a short period of time
- Burn: 20% chance of igniting enemies
- Void: 10% chance of receiving buff to reducing incoming damage for a very short time(1-2 secs duration)
3rd perk(3): scout finder: inc ammo
Send it: inc range and acc
Perfect balance: inc stab
4th perk: crowd control: inc damage per kill
So basically a hc that can produce either arc, burn, void damage

I was thinking of that perk to replace lightswitch for a more aggressive approach

So it has 3 exotic perks, each one granting a different element? I like it. Possibly add a related upgrade to each, like range and arc, impact and solar, and RoF and void.

I like the idea but would that make the gun op? Anyway, ill edit my post to add the additional abilities per element
