But some of the most powerful weapons are raid exclusive. So PvPers have no choice but to Raid to acquire them. And if you Raid often and acquire those exclusive weapons, you're not going to worry about those 4 PvP vendors. Not to mention, in order to hit 30, you need to Raid.
