It took 50 spinmetal for 5 marks. That doesn't sound easy to me

It is. Spinmetal is everywhere. Going to be on patrol anyway, you are never more than 15 steps from spinmetal. Either you should still be able to do this, or the non-crucible vendors should take either mark.
