What the heck are you talking about? Why waste shards on armor I don't want? If I had the best legendary armor for my play style I would be at level 29 and do the raids. Once again ignorance trumps any constructive replies. What a great, helpful community we have.

Why can't you do the raid at 28? If 26/27 can manage it then a 28 can. You'll never make 29 by farming 24/7.
