It passes up the old damage it used to be in PVE and even in PVP. It is now back to 3 headshot kills and 4 body kills , 3 body shot kills with crowd control.
In PVE its damage used to be this. 465 base, 515 with CC buff. NOW, it is 548 base, 601 with CC buff. This is in VoG at level 30. So in normal VoG 28-29 will hit for the same hits due to no level gap. The thing is a beast now.
The only downside is you cant have 56 in a mag now. which is fine to be honest. 35 is more than enough and hardly noticeable

Oh awesome thanks for the numbers. Did you like in the VoG with the new update? Like I said I just used it in a weekly strike and didn't like it that much. I did notice the damage was around 600. It's nice it does more damage but I feel there is better stuff out there. I'll have to mess around with it some more.

Edited by HeadButtYoNut: 12/2/2014 3:07:02 AMIt's good in weekly, I enjoyed it. Once you get kill sweeps going the damage boost is crazy. Some mobs I notice will take more than others. Cabal take like 500 something from it when other fallen take 601. I know I mowed through 4 captains on the 24 strike like nothing even through their shields with only 1 mag and extra rounds. So 41 shots. 4 Captains including their shields. I dare say it is even good now in raid man. I usually use Fusion Rifles on Atheon 77 wizard with coils does some major work. 1,933 damage a laser with a good charge rate. So thats what I use on Atheon. My strat almost always involves a Titan shield being down non stop the whole fight in the middle. So a constant WoL is around and the Supplicants take 800+ a hit from it. Mows through them faster than VoC. So long as you keep up on picking up the ammo from the supplicants (which people should do anyways) its not a issue in terms of ammo.
