I say that all of us PVE players that hate PvP should just play the crucible...and play it badly. You still get two marks if your team loses, I think. Once all of the PVP players start to complain on the forums about us PVE players being on their teams, maybe Bungie will listen and add a way for us PVE players to buy gear from the other factions again. This won't be a popular idea, but at this point who cares. I'm tired of PVE players getting the crap end of the stick!

Don't worry. I'll be playing the whole game now! I may not be as good as the players that the you're used to having on your teams, but I'll be there. Sorry that I will be flooding the crucible and ruining your teams now. Don't blame me. Blame the Dev. I won't throw the game, but I'm sure that I won't be a great resource to the team either. Soon, PvP players will hate this as much as we do.

I play with my friends most of the time. I've stopped caring about winning since the stat isn't even tracked. If I play well I'm happy. And you can do what you want, it's the same when PvP pures come raid with you and they're incompetent. It's a lose lose situation for you.

That would just make the PVPers retaliate by going into strikes and farming mats or standing in front of you when you try to rocket and dance on your corpse. We should really just leave each other alone. People that enjoy Pvp didn't make the decision to remove mats for marks. Punish the developer by shelving the game and not buying from them again

No they didn't. They just complained about an easier way to get mats on the forums until they got their way. Bungie tends to listen to the PVP players more than PVE players. I don't have to pin PVE against PvP. The crucible will now be flooded with players that aren't that good at it anyway. Especially since players that don't like it or play PvP are now forced to play it in order to buy gear from other factions. Regardless if players try to throw a game or not, the crucible teams will suffer because of it.

Or you could do like I will probably do: shelve the game and move along... I had fun playing PvE only. There is no way I am going to be forced into playing PvP. Bungie may try to push me in their Crucible arenas by removing my choice to grind for marks. I take due notice and act the only way I now can: stop playing.

Gonna be doing the same unfortunately. Rather not ruin others playing experience by AFKing (or just sucking in general) because the developers decided to ruin how I enjoyed playing.
