That's simple, because all you'd have to do is buy materials and resale them, which is a cheese on rep gain... Duh??

You picked a cool name dude. I am fairly well read on the Spartans and their culture and would love to chat with you sometime on this and other things if you are PS4 and don't mind another friend. Warlock 29 psn is same as above.

Lol talking to deaf ears question was asked I have the answer( I don't work at bungie)
-
It wasn't meant as a answer to a question Bungie asked. It was an answer to a question you (and others like) asked as to why do it.
-
Do you read lol, I never asked a question. And if you read you'd know my question mark was sarcasm? (Yeah....)
-
Just stop. You're digging yourself in deeper, not pulling yourself out of the hole. They took away something and replaced it with something that is, at best, marginally worse. They could have kept both very easily with a slight tweak but decided not to.

Dude get a grip I don't care either way lmao I answered the author of this post question now beat it... Scram.. Go somewhere and stop writing me lol.

Edited by xnbkcbc: 12/2/2014 1:25:28 AMAnd I answered you. If you don't like it, tough. My answer, and everyone else's answer, made more sense than yours. You are just pouting (ie, "laughing your ass off/laughing out loud") that you didn't realize it first. No one is "writing you"; stop being so conceited. They are stating that a choice should have been allowed rather than one thing or the other ONLY.

And honestly, the the grind for materials in order to gain marks was probably worse, considering you would only get 5-10 for 50 OF ANY MATERIAL! To me personally, that's way more of a grind, running around in circles endlessly, then just playing a few crucible matches here and there when you've got nothing else to do.
-
Ok, remove rep gains. Duh...
-
He speaks the truth ^
-
So now I have an actuality question if you remove rep gain what would be the point of trading in materials? Or are you looking for marks to purchase armor which doesn't get you to 30 and weapons you probably won't even use?
-
The truth ^ faction armour isnt even necessary, only reason I buy it is for shards, but even then I get enough of those from doing the raid and daily heroics, public events etc, so there is no point to faction gear other than some of their weapons.
