They didn't change the pvp dot just pve. So yeah if it was at 3 I'd assume that's what it is now still don't quote me tho lol.

Don't assume. People who have already tried it are reporting in that it's back to 7. Just not in the patch notes.

The patch notes specifically say in pve. I'm not assuming I even said don't quote me. So don't blame me. Blame bungie for being incompetent
