Frankly, I'd rather have the old 7 ticks in PVP for Thorn at the expense of those extra three shots. Especially so if I get to keep the faster reload speed.

They didn't change the pvp dot just pve. So yeah if it was at 3 I'd assume that's what it is now still don't quote me tho lol.

Don't assume. People who have already tried it are reporting in that it's back to 7. Just not in the patch notes.
