Got sold the PS4 season pass, wanted the PS3
I know the PS3 DLC is upgreadable to the PS4 version for free (and I have a PS3 & 4, as well as Destiny on both, so the PS3 version is benificial for me).
My question is, can I do the same in reverse (use a PS4 code, and download the PS3 version for free)? I bought the PS3 version, but the store gave me a PS4 code. I haven't redeemed the code yet, I just wanted to know if someone knows if you can "downgrade" the DLC for free, or if I should go to the store and ask for the proper code.

1 ReplyUnfortunately, it looks like the promotion is only one-way (PS3 to PS4). From everything I have read, it won't go backwards. Your best course of action is to take the code back. Of course, DO NOT USE THE CODE. While most policies state that codes are not returnable, if you use the code, you definitely can't return it. If you are unable to return to the retailer that you have purchased it from, try calling or emailing their customer support. They may be able to help you. I really hope you are able to resolve your issue.
