Here's proof Xur is not RNG.... Ready for it?....
If he is RNG and Titans have gotten the Armamentarium 6 times in a row, Warlocks got Sunbreakers 4 times, Voidfang Vestiments 4 in a row.... WHY HAVENT WE SEEN A WEAPON REPEAT?
I could be mistaken but in 3 months he should've repeated a weapon at least 3 or 4 times by now!

So your telling that magically out of 12 tries, he managed not repeat 1 out of 24 exotic weapons? Minus the Vex... 23, minus the Hawkmoon and Monte Carlo, 21. He hasn't sold any exotics that offered from Bounties, Thorn, Invective, Bad Juju, Fate of all Fools, Pocket Infinity, and Super Good Advice....14. 12 weeks and only 14 Exotic weapons can be sold, and not 1 has repeated. I don't think you understand how RNG works.

Suros has repeated... And I think Red Death did as well

Ok I remember Suros now, not sure about red death. But there are 6 armor pieces for each class (18 total), and 14 weapons that can be sold. I wonder if someone could run the chances of RNG with 14 numbers 12 times, and another one of 6 numbers 12 times (do that 3 times for each class) and see what are the chances of weapons repeating. I know there's plenty of websites to test this out.
