Well, it is a critique on the major failings of destiny, and by far, coop is one of destiny's major successes.

I play with 3 real life buds (2 moved from 360 to ps4) and a guy a guy from work I was having a cig with whom always played solo. That cigarette and our gaming habits bonded our friendship (after about a year of passing each other with only a quick hello). We have one other guy, a random, but because of Destiny servers, he's actually living about 10 miles from me and is in my own age group (30+) and is one of the soundest (cool, easy going, normal) people I've ever met (even though I've never met him personally, all my real life mates agree, he's the type of guy you'd go for beers with). You'll meet some turkeys and absolute A-holes, but if you filter out the bad, then you'll find the good and maybe then, you'll enjoy the game like we do.

You are so right. I have met some turkeys but not many thank God. Many of the players I play with are really nice guys. Recently, I hooked up with 2 guys from my area and we had some good fun just shooting the breeze while we shot enemies. I play with a real life friend and today another one just bought PS4 and Destiny due to my passionate recommendation. While I can't speak for you all - I love this game.
