If there was no RNG this being the 12th week then every armor for all classes should have been here twice based on rotation, since this hasn't happened there is RNG.

well because of the fact there is a limited amount of end game content anything that makes end game content easier (ie: things like the praxic fire, JellyHorn, etc) that make raids easier, will decrease the content of the game, so bungie leads towards more Pvp weighted content in order to extend the game (voidfang are Pvp)

Sadly yes, heres to hoping im wrong though. AT least I snagged the icebreaker when he sold it, but I was an idiot and thought "psst I'm not wasting my exotic on a heavy" when he sold jellyhorn :, (
