Unlikely doesn't mean impossible. Look at it this way. When you play the lottery. Your numbers have the same chance of dropping as 1,2,3,4,5,6 does. Which seems impossible. But we play anyway because the way the human brain sees random expects an even spread. Apple once had to make the random shuffle on their iPods less random because people were complaining that it wasn't random. True story.

I did address this its not impossible! but unlikely, so i assumed personally there had to be another explination

They should do what Apple did. They could put something in the algorithm that prevents it picking the same item back to back. People would feel it was more random even tho the opposite would be true.
