But there cannot be anything that is random at all as everything has either a reason or pattern, and even thinking of the concept of a random number that never repeats, you cannot comprehend the sheer amount of data and numbers

Indeed, but unless their randomiser has rules in it to control repetition it can feasibly repeat the same value forever. You're making an assumption that their RNG system has anything in place to stop repeated values. Currently state of play would indicate otherwise.

No I'm just doing basic math, yes there is a chance this happened randomly, but it is very unlikely

I'm not saying that it is likely, rather saying that we cannot assume that the RNG is weighted or predetermined just because of what is still a relatively small amount of repetition.
