1. what is force stasis
2. life drain. how does it work? When her opponent fights against her life drain, how does he do so? Pure strength of will or what?
3. Halos can destroy anything that is sentient. Or has a neural system. She will be destroyed. At least TEMPORARILY
4. How did she destroy a city? Through an earthquake?
5. "deflection of powerful attacks" She can't block something like the death star laser right or a supernova? So take a look a the page of calcs (I can't find it). In any case, forerunners have destroyed suns in attempt to stop the flood
6. Durasteel crtainly isn't lightsaber proof. Lightsabers take time to even cut through blast doors. Turbolasers destroy ships, blasting them apart. So turbolaser>lightsaber. Most turbolasers can't destroy a planet. Star roads can. And forerunner ships barely react from being hit by rounds that give has much as much energy as 51.56 gigatons of TNT. Forerunner sentinels also 2-shot ships that take 3 shots, each having as much energy as 64.53 kilotons TNT.
7. Didn't she have to hide from the sith and jedi? and tried to escape? Does this indicate that if she has no body, she can't do anything?
8. There was no indication that black holes were crushing her. She could just be surrounded and forced to remain there, lest she get crusehed
9. The forerunners production rate is immense. So that's why they can forego any ground troops and just spam sentinels.
Let's assume she's unkillable by any means. Except by the dagger of mortis. The flood are naturally going to infect EVERYONE. As long as the spinal cord is intact, they get the person's memories. Sooner or later, they will find someone who knows about the dagger. And where to find it (luke skywalker comes to mind, or ahsoka, or obiwan, or anakin, since everyone will be present in the war) They trap abeloth with star roads (she doesn't have enough strength to break free of a planet crushing force) And then they find a way to pierce her with mortis

And she may be capable of deflecting a Deathstar blast. We're not sure how powerful attack she can block.

She crushed a city using the force. Force stasis just means she holds people in place without movement. She has no neural system (she's essentially a spirit, and therefor was defeated in the "spirit world" of sorts). She can teleport at any time to hide and avoid any super weapons (which by the way would just end up wiping out other forces, and Mandalorian ore is indestructible which could be used by the Jedi and Sith for protection). And you may have a point about the black holes. And the life drain means she just sucks the life out of others. There's not really a defense against it.

So....why didn't she just life drain everything and everyone? Can she actually do that, or did she not do it simply because of plot induced stupidity? If she was capable of blocking a deathstar laser, why is she even running from the sith and jedi? And durasteel is not even as strong as mandalorian iron. What was abeloth's goal? Why didn't she just teleport all over the place, stopping once in a while to crush the city or ship that luke is on? What is her teleporation range?
One common star road configuration was shaped like two parallel double-arcs, over 50,000 kilometers in diameter, and contained thousands of interwoven star roads. In the center of each double-bow was a point of inky darkness surrounded by a glowing ring. These structures had a constantly fluctuating apparent mass, and were seemingly nonsolid. These double-bow configurations were capable of destroying planets by wrapping around them and causing the planet to crack and shrink; Uthera Midgeerrd was destroyed in this manner. It was theorized by Maker-of-Moons that the Precursors moved stars the same way, by forcing changes on their orbits with star road formations.
Common implies that there's quite a few of these weapons/structures. If her final form is a spirit, then fine. She probably can't be killed (I don't know where the others saying that precursors were some kind of transcendent being with godlike powers got their info. Maybe it's true, maybe not), at least by the sources i'm drawing on (halos, star roads, forerunners who resist mental attacks, and a hive mind that is incredibly strong). Yet, she can't win either. AI are a distinct part of the forerunner army, and their production rate is too high for her to kill them all (also, lifedrain is rendered useless on them)

She was capable of crushing ships, but simply didn't kill everything for plot reasons. And I don't believe life drain is on a galactic scale. And to be honest I don't remember why she was running. I don't even remember her running. If she did it was likely an avatar trying to escape. And her she didn't seek to destroy all life. She was originally the mother of the Ones (god-like beings who were immortal, but capable of being killed by a special dagger), but wasn't immortal like the rest of her family. In order to become mortal, she bathed in a special fountain and did something else which corrupted her.

I see..... So I guess it's a tie then.

Yeah. Although the Precursors might have an advantage with mass producing AI. But then the Trade federation could mass produce them as well (along with other armies) and the Star Forge would be able to produce ships. Either way I think it would be a battle of the higher beings. I enjoyed conversing with you. Most people were too stubborn and continued to bring up the same points over and over again.
