I'm not sure. The clones are genetically modified and trained to obey commands. But some got really close with they Jedi generals.

Actually no. Normal clone troopers have shortened life spans simply because they were bred for war not living a normal life. Only certain clones were bred with proper lifespans like clone commanders, arc troopers, cody etc.
