Overpenetration Perk: How Does t Work?
Does this perk allow you to shoot through walls or only enemies?
The unique perk on hard light has both overpenetration and ricochet. Is it a good perk?

I am still levelling it up....but so far okay but does need the stability perk ( which I don't have yet).......
