Who was a beast of a Vandal, a yellow that spawned at the forgotten shore, defending a cave and some munitions. He would laugh at your bullets as he ate them, and when he decided the time had come, he would end your life faster than a boss melee.

Randal is the invincible vandal who can kill any one higher than Lvl 20 with a few good punches . Randal the real hero of the destiny universe and then he was taken away from us. But all hope is not lost, we must not stop fighting!

There's a vandal in the forgotten shore I believe. (The place where the ships are.) that's a level 8 and he has way too much defends to be a Lvl 8
