Or you could be blessed my RNGesus and have every single raid weapons in the game, including 3 Fatebringers, and grind your ay to rank 0 - 3 in the IB to get boots to reach level 30, with 36 raid completions. IB you're at least grinding, the raid is random, and people have received their gear in 1-2 runs, others, 10+, which just proves my point. Random doesn't make you any better.
