Easiest way to gain muscle with least work?

My goal is to be able to hold all of my unlimited money, babes, and sports cars on my pinky finger. What's the easiest way to accomplish this?

  • I'm no body builder or anything, but I suggest using supplement such as 1.N.O explode-it helps you stay energized through your workout. Drink before workout. 2.Creatine-helps muscles obtain as much oxygen as it can. Which helps improve the growth of your muscles. And drink after workout. 3. Protein-key to getting bigger and strong muscles, I use "whey protein" without your protein your muscles won't have anything to feed off of. Only take about 30-40g though. Also drink after workout. As for workout routines here's what I do •day 1: Chest Triceps Shoulders •day 2: Biceps Back Abs •day 3: Legs Abs Gluteus Don't go every day, that won't do anything for you, go at least every other day. And an end note: always do your weight lifting workout first, and then do cardio afterward (best way to burn fat) You may not really see any results until the 3rd week or so. Hope this helps!
