You can only get a raid helmet at the end of a hard raid. You should not do a hard raid unless you're level 30. You can, but it will be very hard. K1LLdotSwitch, get an exotic helmet from Xûr to get your char to level 30. That's how many 30s have done it until they got a raid helmet. I will try to get you into a raid team, provided you are online when I am.
